i had the most amazing opportunity to photograph for the promise walk, a 5k walk that is held every year to raise funds and awareness for preeclampsia. this year, they raised over $20,000 and it was incredible to meet families affected by preeclampsia and i had a hard time trying to not cry while listening to their stories. it was an emotional day but one full of strength and awareness.
