so i’m sorta, kinda, really bad at blogging. i mean, i feel like this kiddo here when it’s time for me to blog. i would love to try to get on top of it again, but between school, shuttling the girls between swim, gymnastics, sessions, editing, other business aspects of photography, something sometimes has to give…and that’s seems to have become blogging for me. i’m trying to get better 🙂
during my summer trip to los angeles, i photographed this sweet family and their morning adventure to their favorite park, lake balboa in the san fernando valley. (fun fact: dad and i met in the dorms of u.c. santa cruz, which was only like yesterday. yay banana slugs!)
there were bellies full of cookies and donuts, superhero chases and bubbles, rock climbing, and scooting and biking. including all of their favorites and incorporating it into their session is always a blast, they leave our session feeling like it was a big playdate instead of a photo session. here are some of my favorites from this family fun session at lake balboa.
