Manhattan Beach Family Fun Photos
I wonder when families move from the East Coast to the West Coast if one of their must-do visits is to visit the Pacific Ocean? I know that this awesome family’s first visit was to Manhattan Beach where they saw the Pacific Ocean for the first time. I wonder what the differences are between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, if the sea breeze feels differently or the smell of the salty air smells sweeter or saltier? Maybe we’ll have to do Manhattan Beach family fun photos here and then on my next travel to the East Coast, do an Atlantic Beach Family Fun Photos session?
Anyway, this awesome family had their first visit to the Pacific Ocean be at Manhattan Beach and when it was time to think of locations for their session, there was no question about where we would photograph at 🙂
I loved exploring the pier with them, listening to their story about their first trip to the beach and how they soaked in the vastness of the Pacific Ocean. And joke about how they’ve always walked to the aquarium at the tip of the pier but have never gone in (we walked by again this time, and did not go in either :).
With our family fun sessions, I love to include a small extra treat at the end of our session. I bring some goodies or depending on our location, we find a tasty place to wrap up our session. So part two from their beach family fun photo session was at a cute ice cream shop that I’ll blog soon! 🙂
