Saratoga Quarry Park – Family Photography in Saratoga, CA
Have you been to Saratoga Quarry Park? This park is tucked off Hwy 9 in Saratoga and is one of those sections where if you blink, you missed it!
This was my first time visiting the park so it was a lot of fun to explore the park with this family. The park opened in 2015 and is an amazing gateway to the history of an operating quarry. It also has a trail that connects Saratoga to the Sea! We definitely did not do that hike but maybe one day, I can try that hike with the family!
This family used to hike here when the kids were younger but as life goes, they hadn’t been here in a few years. So for them, they loved coming back and exploring again. We also took a small break at the ridge to check out the vineyards and play a game for them to win money or the surprise bag. Curious about the game? Let’s have a family fun session and we can play!
Where did you love to take your kids when they were so little? That time when you would go to wear them out for their nap time? That could be a great location to explore again now that the kids are older and you’ll have a lot of “remember when” moments 🙂
