After our family exploration time at The Gardens at Lake Merritt, it was family ice cream time at Humphry Slocombe in Oakland.
It’s about two miles away with paid parking so it was a convenient and awesome spot to wrap up our family fun session!
Located at the Hive in Oakland and made of a blue shipping container, the family loved checking this place out. And surprising them with a family ice cream time as part of our session was fun. Not only was it great to surprise them but since none of have ever been before, we didn’t know what to expect. And wow, what a cool location. The brick walls, the string lights to give extra light sparkles, and the red ice cream tables gives so many visual layers to their session.
