Kid Headshots San Jose – This dancer and actress wanted to update her headshots for upcoming auditions in the Bay Area.
One of her auditions is for Mathilda and the other is for Annie. So hearing about those auditions, we thought having the location fit those auditions would be a great idea. So we decided the colorful walls of the Children’s Discovery Museum and the back sections of San Pedro Square would be the perfect mix for the headshots! Plus San Pedro Square has the fun red telephone booths by Brittania Arms, another fun backdrop, right?
For her wardrobe, because of the locations that we had planned out, we decided on a soft color palette. The pale pink top works with both the colorful backdrops and the downtown San Jose location. The sweater was a quick add-on/add-off and with her long hair, was able to have different looks: down, half up, and braids.
With our kid headshot sessions, the session time is shorter. Kids are kids so forty-five minutes is about the right amount of time before they get antsy and/or bored, ha!
