Favorite photo locations in the Bay Area for a photography session
Following up on the San Jose photo locations blog post, I wanted to expand the area of some of my other favorite photo locations in the Bay Area. Each of these locations offers something for everyone, family or headshots and I hope that you find something that catches your eye! Maybe we can think of that for your next photography session 🙂
• Stanford Cactus Garden: Tucked inside Stanford College in Palo Alto, the cactus garden is a great and small location, perfect for a mini-session.
• Google Visitors Center: From unique sculptures to a cute park next door, this location is a surprisingly great location for family photos.
• Los Altos Redwoods: A redwood grove tucked in the middle of Los Altos, this wooden paved loop trail is perfect for a nature, outdoorsy feel for family photos.
• Los Altos Downtown: After exploring the redwoods, a short drive to Los Altos Downtown is a great spot for
• Oakland’s The Garden at Lake Merritt: What an awesome little garden at Lake Merritt, perfect for exploring all the little nooks with a family!
• Alameda Warehouses: If you’re looking for more of an urban, downtown feel with unique backgrounds, Alameda Warehouses is a great spot to explore.
• Presidio Tunnel Tops: Adventurous playground with the Golden Gate Bridge serving as a backdrop on one side and the Presidio buildings and fields on the other is a perfect spot for a mixture of different looks.
