When thinking about a family fun session, sometimes it’s great to think about places that you love to go to with your family, or a place that you’ve been meaning to go to as a family! After our family fun time at Natural Bridges, they wanted continue playing and wanted to explore Santa Cruz’s Boardwalk. Since it’s a location that they rarely go to as a family, we knew that adding in this location for their Santa Cruz family photos was the perfect spot for more fun in the sun time!
During our consult with family planning, think about all the places you love but also think about the places you wish you could go to more. Because sometimes that place ends up being the best location for your family photos!
Some tips when thinking of the Santa Cruz Boardwalk as a photo location:
- It will be busy so plan on having people in your photos and being okay with that. As a photographer, we’ll try to make sure that we don’t get too many people in the photo or can photograph them out if it’s really too much
- Restrooms are a plenty
- Carnival food is also a plenty here so make sure you include a little treat for yourselves
- If you’re looking into rides, purchase your tickets the day or two before for savings. Also load up on a game card if you want to play games.
